I took her practically everywhere with me, and people always ran up wanting to meet &quot;the giant puppy&quot;. She always had far more chill in crowds than I did, what with most of them being her adoring masses. Giant dogs have such big hearts. She passed away this month 3 years ago and I still miss her terribly

  At <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qu2fzca-udA&amp;t=760">12:40</a>, those animals are actually alpaca, and I believe they need to be sheared regularly, because like sheep, their fur does not stop growing or shed naturally. If it isn&apos;t sheared, it will become heavy, and can cause them to overheat. You may be thinking of animals like double coated dogs like huskies, who you should be careful about shaving, because their coat provides insulation from both heat and cold, and may grow back thinner if it is shaved. These dogs shed their fur all year, but more so at certain times. While they shouldn&apos;t be shaved like a sheep, they still need regular baths and brushing to prevent them from becoming matted.
