  I see in social media, People often glamorize OCD by saying things like, “I always clean my room , I have OCD,” or “I’m so organized, I have OCD.” But in reality, OCD is so much more than cleanliness or organization.<br><br>Many people with OCD don’t struggle with cleaning at all. Instead, they experience intrusive thoughts that cause intense anxiety. They may feel compelled to perform certain actions or rituals because they believe that if they don’t, something terrible will happen. These compulsions can be exhausting, distressing, and completely take over a person’s daily life.<br><br>OCD isn’t a personality trait, a quirky habit, or something to brag about. It is a serious issue and people actually suffer, Casual jokes and misconceptions only minimize the experiences of those who truly live with it.<br>Now finally I found this video relatable ❤❤this video was much needed to show the actual reality of OCD

  As someone suffering from sevior ocd since past 9+ years. This film has inspired me to go to a psychiatrist and take the treatment. I went to psychologist 2-3 times many years ago but none of them worked. Only 1-2 real sessions I took but they didn&apos;t work. One doctor prescribed me medicines I thought that they might be harmful for me like I thought they might erase my memory or make me mad that&apos;s why I did not continue their treatment but it was the biggest mistake of my life. Now I will take proper treatment. Ocd has killed me mentally, physically and spiritually. Even while writing this comment I am in deep anxiety and pressure. For me coming out of ocd will feel like reaching heaven because I have experienced life without ocd before I was 13 years old it feels like complete heaven. Now I don&apos;t want money or anything else in my life I just want my ocd to go away. I would not want even my enemy to get this disorder. I hope help is there and there&apos;s a way out. I know you may think that I am exaggerating but how can I tell you that it&apos;s like a mental prison. A recursive function without a base condition. Fo example - you turned on a fan it keeps running just like that if one fear comes that if I don&apos;t touch this wall now I will die then I touch the wall then again the same thought keeps coming for one hour and for one hour continuously I keep touching and pulling my hand from the wall. This is just one example. If there&apos;s a garbage I cannot eat, sleep or study. I start crying. I know this sounds too sensitive and I think yes we should not let any fear or bad habit grow in our life we never know when it becomes our master and we become it&apos;s slave. Even while writing this comment I am in deep pressure my nerves are bursting because of that garbage issue. I don&apos;t know when I will come out of this crap. My consciousness knows that the fear isn&apos;t real but still I feel deep pain. Fear has become my master and I just have to obey it&apos;s order. I hope and I will try my best to come out of ocd. I am sure one day I definitely will ❤come out of this problem.

  I can&apos;t explain it in words, I got tears, how much courage it takes to speak up about the mental weight one is carrying.<br>I don&apos;t know why people don&apos;t understand that, mental disorder is worth noticeable for medical treatment.
