  James is a pretty tragic character, I just realized that.<br><br>Imagine you&apos;re just playing a game, you lose because of your friend (basing off of what James told Deivy), but when you try to quit back to the lobby you end up somewhere else. You end up somewhere unknown, and aside from anger, you start to feel fear. He wanders around aimlessly, he&apos;s stuck, according to what James told to Deivy; He even tried to record and post his adventures, but nothing worked. And as Deivy grows skeptical of him, James start to become skeptical of himself, and he starts to question his own existence. He becomes panicked, not knowing if he&apos;s real or not as he becomes a monster, and at the end of the story, he gets puts out of his misery by Deivy while begging for answers to his one question; &quot;Am I real?&quot;<br><br>Though it could be that James was just an AI tricked into thinking he was real and I&apos;m just overthinking it lmao.

  Fun fact: in the first remains expedition, it says there is a placement limit of 5 for the guiding light, but deivy places about 8. this means the doppelganger WAS chasing deivy and destroyed the lights as it went, allowing deivy to place more.

  Stupid Theory: The geometry in remains is not a doppelganger, but a embodiment of the remains itself. Something that helped my theory is that he knows alot about the remains and when he turned to stone, his name was still there. What i think happened is that he can shift between the remain statues, so he turned to stone because he shifted to another statue maybe even becoming the doppel James. (last part not apart of my theory)

  Correction:<br><br>Remains was made BEFORE the world tower defense, the version of world tower defense you are seeing is Deivy&apos;s Version, WTD&apos;s version is an Easter Egg made by the devs to reference the series + Add somewhat connected lore to the ARG
