  I think that one of the issues with the comics is that many (if not most) are devoted to explaining how different characters wound up where they are in the game instead of using the world to tell truly new and original stories.

  One thing I appreciate about the first prelude comic to Arkham City is that it explains how the justification Arkham City was pitched and approved by Gotham.<br>Because by the time Bruce enters at the beginning of the game, I always wondered how Gotham would just give over a chunk of the city to be used a prison, but seeing it pitched as a controlled environment for criminals to form their own society,l inside the walls and be released back into the population once they’ve shown they reformed made a lot of sense!<br><br>… I mean I know it was all just a cover story for Strange’s plans, but I’ll take that explanation over “this prison/asylum on an island didn’t work… guess we gotta make it bigger and in the middle of Gotham. That should work”

  Right when Arkham’s Lego successor drops? Absolute perfect timing!<br>As a kid i thought I was the only one giving the arkhamverse comics any attention, so this is very much appreciated.

  Imagine if we had gotten another dlc after harley quinn revenge called arkham unhinged wear we got to play as nightwing or alfred protecting wayne manor from being destroyed by tiger.
