  Drewski, you don&apos;t have to time bunts like regular swings, you click and hold as soon as you know where the pitch is going. You can also 100% get a double with a Pete Wheeler bunt if you get the bunt right down the 3rd base line. And for the love of god, SLIDE!!!!!!!

  Pro-tip cheese with Pete: bunt with his stance open. The pitcher will have to move towards the third base line to get the ball every time. The extra distance on the throw means you’ll beat the throw to first every time. Then overrun 1st base towards 2nd and when the first baseman throws to second, get yourself back to first. Then as soon as the ball leaves the 2nd baseman’s hands on the throw back to the pitcher, run for 2nd. You <b>might</b> have to sprint for the back half depending on where the pitcher is, but you will get a stand up double with Pete every single at-bat. The distance between the pitcher on the third base side of the field and the 2nd baseman is far enough that no one can throw from 2nd-&gt;pitcher-2nd faster than Pete can run from 1st to 2nd.<br><br>Pete hit ~.980 in my 5star league, with the only non-hits being when I had to actually swing because people on base made the bunt strategy not work.
