  Namaste Nikhil, I’m a final-year student from a tiny village near Haveri. My parents are farmers who have never heard of a &apos;startup,&apos; but they taught me the only grit that matters. I’ve followed you since the day I got my first phone; I don’t believe in work-life balance—I only believe in building at your speed to solve the struggles I see in my father&apos;s eyes every day. Give me a chance to work and learn under your ecosystem; I want to prove that a village boy can outwork anyone to build the future of Bharat. 🙏

  This is by far the most interesting interview by Nikhil&apos;s team. Love to hear from people similar to Ajay. No fluff, no opinion, no attitude, just pure wisdom. I could sense, Nikhil was himself extremely impressed by Ajay...and perhaps privately he might rate Ajay 10/10 as a guest. The kind of clarity Ajay has is mind blowing, he can bring back World on the right track, while the Jokers keep playing the political games.

  The best podcast of Nikhil. Mr Bagga managed Nikhil&apos;s socialist doomsday well. He was extremely well articulated. He gave amazing answers to Nikhil&apos;s usually boring questions.

  What stood out to me the most in this entire interview was that there were multiple times when Nikhil asked a hypothetical question to which Ajay sir responded &quot;Well, you are asking me something beyond my pay-grade!&quot; According to wikipedia this man literally was earning $25 million per annum when he was the head of Citi in 2007. And I think that&apos;s the lesson - When you have limited expertise in something you should have the courage to admit with humility. That&apos;s what separates good leaders from great leaders.

  Masterclass in diplomacy. Each response is measured and aligned with stakeholders.<br>To be honest, the world is complex right now, and as viewers, we’re naturally interested to tough questions and straightforward response which definitely Ajay is not here to provide. He is a quality executive and his responses are sooo polished.
