When the reporter asked Chandler (a grown man) how he was “getting through the day to day” with his parents missing, his response was “the neighbors got me pizza” 🤦🏻‍♀️

What a selfish little 💩

He was sentenced today to life in prison with no possibility of parole. Judge said " I have to ensure that the only time Mr. Halderson comes back into the community is to have the privilege of a burial that he denied his parents."

He told so many people he was getting a degree...and he did. First Degree × 2. He has the personality of wallpaper paste. Watching him act like he had a brain injury in his interrogation was the cringiest thing.

My heart goes out to his brother. Losing his whole family in one fell swoop.

His dad's phonecall to his college is really heartbreaking, poor man.

You know what's the craziest thing to me is that his life ended up the way it was NOT due to mental illness, drug addiction, trauma, abuse, or any legitimate reason whatsoever.
His life ended up the way it did out of sheer LAZYNESS.

What a stupid reason to murder. He wasn’t even caught for doing much apart from being a lazy man-child.

No chance his dad ever thought his son would kill him. Maybe he thought he’d kick the kid out of the house or disown him, but not have to end up being killed by him. So sad.

One of the most disturbing parts of this case (for me) was him asking his mother to buy him soda on her way home before he ambushed and murdered her. What a pathetic joke of a human being…

If he had come clean and told his parents he was depressed and lost and had no desire to work and no interests and needed help. His parents would have helped him. His Dad was not going to throw him away. They loved him
