  As a Bills fan, I knew Jacksonville was dangerous because they took us out the week before. However, I absolutely didnt think they had a chance at beating Denver. Still one of the all time playoff upsets.

  Those 90s Jags teams were tough, they took my Dolphins to the woodshed 62-7. And this loss ended up being a blessing in disguise for Denver. They made some key signings, some adjustments, and got over the hump the following year,

  Watched this 1000 times in high school.  Upsets like this seem more common today than 1996. Broncos won 7 straight playoff games after this including 2 Super Bowls

  I grew up an Elway fan. To say that was a heartbreaker - complete understatement. It was a unique situation. Jags were the hottest team at the time

  Back in the late 90's the Jaguars were a perennial playoff team that was on the borderline of a championship team in just a few years of existence and I believe that caught the league by surprise.
