Watch the soul stirring story of Navneet Mukesh Kumar Sharma, who turned a hospital promise into a reality." On the Josh Talks stage, we present the incredible journey of Navneet Mukesh Kumar Sharma, who secured Rank 3 in the Rajasthan State PCS (RAS). His journey started in an ICU ward where his mother was on a ventilator for 4 months. Holding her hand, he promised her that he would become a Collector. That emotional 'Why' drove him through the darkest phases of his life. Navneet hails from a tiny village and fought against the stereotype that small town students cannot dream big. From sleeping on a wooden ply in a library for 6 months to battling severe depression and physical injuries during exams, his resilience is unmatched. He even rejected a confirmed LDC job because he refused to set boundaries for his potential. Key Highlights from this Session: The Power of Purpose: How his mother's illness became his greatest motivation to study. Overcoming Self Doubt: Why coming from a small background doesn't limit your success. The Library Struggle: Preparing for exams while living in a room without a latch or a window. Rank 87 to Rank 3: The mental shift required to go from being a Tehsildar to an SDM. The Sister’s Advice: Why early success can sometimes be a trap and how to expand your horizons. Navneet Sharma’s story is a testament to the fact that when you decide to conquer your fears, the entire universe conspires to help you. #joshtalks #johtalkshindi #motivation #inspiration #nevergiveup #sdm #joshtalksupsc #upsc Career Motivation | Josh Talks Hindi Disclaimer - The views, information, opinions, and beliefs expressed in this video are personal to the speaker and are expressed in good faith.
