  Melissa is a classic example of why an employer should NEVER be best friends with a staff member. She feels entitled and superior to the other staff as in her mind ,no matter what she does, her “best friend” will back her up.

  I am in awe that the owner EVER thought it would be acceptable to  put secret cameras and then let everyone think Little Chris was snitching behind everyone's back.

  This salon has a boss/owner named Christine, then there is a stylist named Christine as well, then there is Little Christine from the front desk AND a stylist named Kristin. I was getting confused thinking i was getting people mixed up 😵‍💫😂

  Well they are still open today with the same owner! Idk about the rest of the staff, but there are pics on fb from may 2026 with this owner in them.

  The change in Malissa occurred when the owner finally told the truth about the cameras.  The fact that she was willing to let little Chris be blamed for snitching says a lot about her and it isn’t nice.

  Little Cristine - the moment people started thinking she was the snitch, I don&apos;t care how much she&apos;s got Chris&apos; back, she should have told Chris that people thought she&apos;s stitching on them because they don&apos;t know about the other cameras. I&apos;d be like &quot;either you tell them, or I will, because I&apos;m tired of getting blamed for stuff&quot;.<br><br>ESPECIALLY seeing as how the moment Melissa knew there were cameras, and it wasn&apos;t Little Christine, their working relationship (on camera at least) took a turn for the better.
