I thought that was my career path. 2014: Decided to go to law school. 2016: Started practicing as an attorney in civil litigation. 2020: Co-founded Thomas & Webber with my late law partner, Ben Thomas. We wanted to build a firm that actually communicated with clients and made real estate law accessible. 2021: Named a Rising Star by North Carolina Lawyers Weekly, and started serving on the board as the attorney for the Lake Norman Home Builders Association. 2023: Named a Super Lawyers Rising Star — an honor I've received every year since, from 2023 through 2026. 2025: Invited on Yahoo Finance as a live guest to talk about the state of the real estate market. Today: I serve on several boards, including the South Iredell Economic Development Committee, the Iredell Economic Development Committee, and as board chair for Hope of Mooresville, a local nonprofit.
