Just got work of a job offer for my husband in Waco. Found this sweet looking town of Georgetown. We currently live in WA state near the Olympic mountains. It’s very rural and limited. Seattle is about two hours away depending if you drive around or take a ferry. This was great info! Lots to think about

Moved to Georgetown a year ago.
From RV living in Marble Falls ( perfect small town, friendly, and red neck enough we fit right in).
We moved because my husband works in Cedar Park. Traffic didn't change much despite the closeness.
Georgetown is wonderful and beautiful. Neighbors are not big on conversation.
But it's clean and well kept.
My question is..... If we live between sun and wolf in morning star..... Will our investment pay off? We are looking to purchase at least 2-3 acres of land as close as we can to 1431 shaffer bend
