This judge is always terrible. Saying the video evidence would decide the case at trial, then finding out the evidence disappeared, but still binding over the charges and saying “sucks for you”

Any judge that would take anything a cops says as fact without evidence is completely corrupt and unqualified for their job. We need to start protesting corrupt judges like this. If a cops mouth is moving, they are lying. This is coming from a former assistant academy instructor. The training turns good intentioned people into lying, tyrants with zero bravery. It makes them think everyone is out to get them and dehumanizes people in there eyes.

You do have a right to be in a parking lot until there is notice that you are not. Signs, or verbally told they are not welcome.
