  There&apos;s no way to win with an avoidant. <br><br>If they secretly obsess, who cares? You&apos;ll never know what&apos;s in their head and it won&apos;t change your life in any way. <br><br>Useless.

  Being hooked &nbsp;in a situation with an avoidant is a perfect recipe for a mental and emotional breakdown. I&apos;ve been trying to heal myself for a very long time now, and still some days, I feel utterly unworthy of love and affection. I don&apos;t wish it upon anyone.😢

  Hi Chris. At first, I discovered this channel because I wanted to get the avoidant back. And now I watch to understand and not internalize the avoidant&apos;s rejection and get my security back.

  Avoidants. Learn the games and it can work but you have to be secure in yourself. If you&apos;re anxious you&apos;ll get your ass handed to you

  As a avoidant we are really unaware of what we’re doing.. I would disappear over and over in &nbsp;the relationship because it felt to much .. I felt trapped I felt controlled but deep<br>Down inside I wanted the relationship. I had an awaken after praying to God why did I meet this person and that’s where I realized I was a avoidant . When I realized what I was doing to her I broke down crying and apologized over and over I couldn’t believe that I was that way. But it’s not that easy to stop something I have been doing for years. Now that im alone I don’t reach out is because I hurt so bad and just don’t want to keep hurting her.. I am in therapy and working through healing so that i will never do that to anyone again.. so there is hope guys with avoidant.<br><br><br>Update: I let go let my guard down and got hurt more then I can imagine.. but I will be ok and not going back being an avoidant
