I was a regular at Yoshizumi and would email his wife to get a reservation. Been going there before he got his star but I heard he lost his star. I stopped going a while back though because I felt like his sushi rice got too salt for me. I hope he gets his star back next year.

I’ve been here a couple of times and it’s amazing. Has he changed the layout of the counter. It wasn’t an L shaped before (last visit in Nov 24)? It was straight counter with the grill on the right. I loved all the grill items and that was what set apart this place from others
