I've noticed that you don't do this but I slightly curl the 'trip pins' on my locomotives and rolling stock. For sure, sooner or later they will get caught somewhere on your track. 50% of the time the pin will come off when it catches something and as you try to curl it. No big deal, better off without them. Take care !

When dusting off a locomotive, I would suggest holding the locomotive away from the workbench. In this instance, when you dusted them, you placed the locomotives back on the bench where the dust landed.

Hello modler. Ive got a track question. Im going to use Peco when i pull the trigger on my N scale layout. Code 80 or 55 . If you have any pros or cons please enlighten me other than 55 is more prototypical. Thankyou sir
