  Side note on the hair care part: if you have curly hair, it's actually better to detangle it when it's wet!! It doesn't break more like it happens to straight hair, and it's much easier! I personally only detangle/comb my hair when it's soaking wet

  When I was dancing my teacher always asked if anyone was having periods <br>She had a whole drawer full of period items plus ginger tea and tables

  This should be shown in all schools - especially girls&apos; schools. &nbsp;Congratulations Jordan and Eden - this is such an important message for all young people - not just dancers. &nbsp;🥰🥰

  This video really made me tear up. I left a prestigious ballet boarding school for the way they treated me and the things they said about my body as a dancer and a young teen. Hearing this from you guys is the most comforting thing I’ve heard in a long time and I truly believe I’ll be successful. ❤❤

  This Real talk is actually not only for dancers, it&apos;s for EVERY girl out there trying to do whatever it is that she wants to do. You talk about all the important stuff and with so much love and respect and compassion that makes me wanna cry. You&apos;re so sweet and kind, we should all treat ourselves like that.   Thank you for this video. Growing up with 4 tall and skinny sisters, and being the short one, the clothes we shared never fit me right. It took me a long time to realize that the clothes were the problem. Even worse, I was comparing myself to my sisters. Now, I love being petite and trying new outfits. Our bodies have all changed over the years, but we are all beautifully unique and care more about what our bodies can do vs. what they look like. Life is more fun that way. ❤️
