What hit me wasn’t ‘there is no self’…
it was realizing how fast the mind creates one without asking.
That part around 10:10 lowkey changed how I see reactions.

Even "birth" of the universe have dependent origination. From unconditioned, conditioned birthed, the big bang. From the big bang, material was birthed, the hydrogen. And so on.
Does wood creates fire? No, wood gives fire to arise. There's no fire without wood. But fire is a condition that exist. Same with the mind. Mind is the fire. Wood is capacity for experience.
If fire depends on wood, can we say the fire is the wood? No. Can we say it is independent? No. The mind is not "you," but a dependently arisen phenomenon.

Thankyou
Fully Knowing this is a moment of knowing which arises due to conditions, which is SAMMA DITTY, how a layperson keep this ultimate truth alive all the time?
Isn't it the path because he is not clinging with this true impermanence by default?
Still use the world but without making like, dislike feelings, shouldn't it be the path?
