  This is the one drawback, it seems alot of tiny home owners either have a friend that let&apos;s them park there or they have family that let&apos;s them live there. It would be great to see stories of folks who bought land or found a way to own land not related to someone.

  I love her house and how she managed to have the best of both worlds - the ease of a standard road legal width tiny house, and then the comfort of a 12&apos; width where she needed it most. I also love how articulate and comfortable she is on camera. I wonder what her profession is. And hooray for Canadian tiny house builders!!! :)

  The best tiny home I&apos;ve seen bump outs make it, very nice interior, a 10... you truly have all you need to be comfortable.

  Beautiful ! You can’t find a home in California for $135,000 !!! so you will own your home sooner than most . You really spent your money wisely !! Congrats

  I don’t have a tiny house, but Reggie is giving me so many ideas about making my un-tiny house pretty and more organized. I really like the way she decorates!!

  For a home in CA is cheap, plus if her parents go, she&apos;ll probably inherit their home, and can rent out this as an air bnb. I love the big shower and downstairs bedroom

  It&apos;s always affluent people that are able to build and live nicely on family land with these tiny homes. Wish they would show people without family ties and money.
