I was in the shop a few days ago. I didn't end up buying a knife, because I want to think more about which one, but the owners were very friendly. They explained me a little bit about the process of sharpening and about the whetstones they use. Communication worked without any problems with his translation device

I bought my first sashimi knife at this shop in 2023, still by far by best knife. The owners were so friendly and kind, they etched my name into my blade as well!
