This is amazing. I use to have difficulty falling asleep every single night. The sound of her voice is so beautiful, so soothing, that I fall asleep within 5 minutes of listening. I also have lost 2 pounds so far since I've been listening for about 2 weeks. So I believe in this to the fullest of my subconscious mind! Thank you so much.

I was so thrilled with this and the 16:8, fasted days, etc., right up until the “calories in, calories out” part. Fasting isn’t about calories, it’s about glucogenesis, autophagy, insulin. Calories really don’t count as much as we were lead to believe they did in the 1980’s.

This is for sure very relaxing and helpful! I’m diggin the raindrop vibes but like 4 mins in it stared to sound like bacon slowly frying, I really like bacon so little hard to focus after that. I gotta just come back tomorrow and try this again. *deep inhale *audible exhale 🙏🏼 I got this.
