If you live in the bush and are not a builder options like this are the answer. Builders want jobs that take months and make them tens of thousands. Theres no money in extensions in their book. Old mate wanted the kitchen extended, took 12 months to get someone to look at it and then the estimate was 240k. He laughed.
He got a freezer panel job all wired, widows doors, slab, more insulation roof guttering everything, took 3 weeks assembled on site, all permits and plans 80k and hes delighted.
You have done a great job, please make sure it is properly anchored to the ground it cant just sit on stumps and screen the undersides to minimise wind but allow ventilation. Check the levels under it for drainage. You should be very proud of yourselves, well done.

Nice video, would be great after a storm. It's like FEMA cottages after a hurricane. I am a senior citizen and it would be great for me.

Absolutely love it. Simple, well built, and all the utilities need it. Why do you need a big huge house when a simple one is as efficient as a huge one. Thank you for this video. This was an absolutely encouraging Self-Motivated to buy one since my wife and I live in a camper and are ready to buy a small house. This is exactly what we need. 👍 A++ for this video.

Awesome job! A friend just bought a house and has a large yard and we're talking about putting on of these on her land. Helpful video, thanks!

I saw another who ordered the 40 one. They were no smart . Thanks , this is the size I’m planning to get. You guys did better.
These are made in China but some companies preorder these for sale outside China. Not sure if I will elevate the one I will put up because it has to be anchored down for earthquakes

You create an organised environment with a manager, just like a caravan park, to create a community for low rent people who want the safety and and assurance that they have a house they can make a home. Interviews to ensure compliance with values and rules of the community would ensure the houses would be protected from lack of care.
I think the government should at least try to start a model community and then go from there.

A tractor with a front end loader and pallet forks would help a lot with this.

Great video. It gives people a reality check about what to expect, especially concerning assembly. It does requires expertise to understand and apply manual instructions. You make it look easy. I look forward to more videos with feedback about features and construction. Keep those videos coming. Thanks.
