So I just realized I can’t draw a sphere so I’m back to the fundamentals

Nobody ever focuses on emotions or expressions caused by the mouth. Smiling etc changes the eyes dramatically. The demonstration/lesson was very good.  Thanks

It’s really cool to see that even a seasoned artist who’s been drawing for decades doesn’t always get the proportions right on the first time

Holy, I’m finding videos that actually help. So, SO many videos just show you how to draw it, instead of showing you how to UNDERSTAND it, and put it in practice. Just seeing an eye and drawing it, isn’t teaching me anything. I’m learning from actually understanding everything about the eye, and the process of why we do what we do to draw it.

This dude is so badass. I still watch and re-watch his perspective video. The one where you place different characters on different planes and such. Great teacher. Very glad for his success.

you make it seem so easy. I can understand and draw the eye as a sphere in the beginning, but constructing the head like that, placing the features, its very difficult for some reason

It’s so hard to find someone you can feel yourself listening to easier than the rest. You keep it simple and demonstrate in a way that I can understand better, thank you

Videos like this need the ability to hit the thumbs up more than once.

Ive watched millions of tutatorial and finally I solved the problem of drawing eyes, my problem wasn't actually about the eyes, but the structure of the head and where to place it, probably because we're both left handed😊
