  I want to reinforce what Marianne said here: if a girl asks you to send the money in someone else&apos;s name that is a RED FLAG ! &nbsp;As a rep for a money transfer company told me once- it usually means that a girl has gotten banned for receiving money from too many random guys.

  However, most Filipinas don&apos;t know you had to work hard for decades to get that pension or social security. &nbsp;Most of them think it&apos;s just an entitlement for western men. &nbsp;It falls from the sky every month. &nbsp;They don&apos;t see the years of saving, day in and day out grind to get to where you are. &nbsp;So, don&apos;t talk about your finances. &nbsp;When she asks you about money, tell her you get just enough. &nbsp;Most Americans have retirement savings, don&apos;t ever disclose that information. &nbsp;Most Filipinos have no concept of saving. &nbsp;Many of them will spend what they have and just endure when they don&apos;t.

  i&apos;m not interested in a filipina, but i find your honesty quite unique, in a way that most women completely lack, but it&apos;s more than that, it&apos;s your insight into the female condition. i wonder what a female from a western country would do when hearing this kind of thing, would she reject it, would she be honest with herself and say yes, that&apos;s true of me too, at least some parts.

  A very interesting analysis of the love between an older man and a younger woman. Because even though she&apos;s 40 (no longer young), she&apos;ll always be very young to a man who&apos;s closer to heaven than earth 😀. The issue of &quot;emergencies&quot; is complex due to the large size of Filipino families. There&apos;s always, or almost always, a baptism, a birthday, even a wedding, or sadly, someone sick or a funeral. And then the family&apos;s expenses skyrocket because the (absurd) tradition is to celebrate everything, no matter what. Of course, you forgot to mention the arrogant old men who, even in their own city, bother and practically harass the young waitress who has to put up with them because that human garbage is drinking a beer. Obviously, if the girl can, she doesn&apos;t even look at them. Anything that happens to them is well-deserved. &nbsp;I&apos;m 74 years old, have many financial problems, but am in good health (after overcoming cancer) 😀. I have a very beautiful and young friend (35) in my city who often tells me that my pension can&apos;t be lost and that I could marry her 😜.... Women are very similar everywhere. But undoubtedly, they are more family-oriented and respectful of their elders in the Philippines than in the &quot;West.&quot; That, along with the standard of living, makes living with a Filipina woman very interesting. Obviously, I&apos;m drawn to the 25-year-old (more or less).... I accept the risks because love isn&apos;t impossible. Actually, what&apos;s impossible is for me to fall in love 🙏😊.
