  Hey man, I never actually commented on one of your videos but I wanted to say thank you. I have watched every single one of your videos the last couple of years. I had a rough battle against anxiety and your videos had a huge positive impact on me during the hardest times. They made me calm and had me not focus on my scary thoughts. Many nights it actually was the only thing that made me fall a sleep. Now I&apos;m in a much better place, but I just wanted to sincerely thank you for getting me through those times. Funny to say that, even though you have never met me, you and Ted kind of became part of my life the last couple of years. Thanks again for shining a little light in my darkes hours.
