What tip? I clicked to see the interesting picture of using a collander to filter eggs into the pan in interesting string pattersn and what i got was like 1/2 a dozen different egg prep shorts with no instructions or measurements using, I couldn't even count the number of eggs used here and the one I wanted to see wound up looking like soup and was stuick on at the end of about 10 seconds. What's up here?

Me too! I've been making my eggs the eggsact same way for years. Every morning before work, I wake up and dirty 75 pieces of cookware and dishes.. it only takes about 2 hours to cook and 4 hours to clean up. Glad so see other people using this one simple trick!

I gather your Asian. The ones in the steamer we call poached eggs, the other would be similar to scrambled eggs with cheese. The only different one is the seaweed one. But very interesting how the other countries do similar things in different ways.
