Hardly like a headmaster more like a very eloquent statesmen. The King’s address showed exactly why constitutional monarchy and soft power still matter. He referenced Magna Carta, the rule of law, NATO, Article 5, Ukraine, democratic alliances, climate responsibility and care for the vulnerable all with restraint, dignity and constitutional discipline. Yes, true an absolute master class

As a Scotsman in the UK I was proud of King Charles III speech, which displayed humility and understanding of other peoples opinions and beliefs.

So refreshing to hear a political speech without name calling and lies. Lessons for many politicians to have learned from the speech of King Charles III.

It was a pleasure to listen to the King's speech. He captured the broad historical context of the occasion. He stressed the role of Congress in balancing the power of the executive branch of government. He did not omit Ukraine or the environment. Bravo!

So that's what a true leader sounds like. It's been so long I almost forgot the difference between real statesman and a fool.
