  If someone is interested in early American cooking, they should read a book called “Albion’s Seed” that explains the relationship between US cooking and the styles of cooking brought from different districts in England.

  I’ve been watching cooking shows and shows about food for 30 years and this is definitely one of the best videos I’ve seen in the genre. Just an outstanding video and the history was incredible!!
