  Hey Rutty, why don’t you freeze the green season aka epis in plastic containers 🫙 instead of glass jars and for the epis usually I blend it with vegetable oil. For the hot sauce , Jacmeliens add a little coconut milk 🥛 on it especially the street vendors . Just my opinion, good job 👏

  Hi Rutty, love your channel, I&apos;m a new subscribe and congratulations on moving away from the enslavement of the Western societies. Please allow me to be a little &quot;frekan&quot;😂 and add my 2 cents in. First, why remove the seeds from the pepper? 😂 And then you need a little cabbage and carrots in there. And you just gave me a super duper tip on the soir orange instead of vinegar. Keep the nice videos coming! <br><br>Edit: You husband made me remember about ginger in the Haitian hot sauce as well.

  Wow! That was expensive! Do you see average Haitians buying a week of groceries? Or is it mostly buy what you need for the day?
