For Leslie‘s defense counsel to be saying that SovCit issues were raised by the police demonstrates that he has not seen the videos of the previous hearings (which we all have seen) in which she nauseatingly read from the SovCit playbook. It appears that the motion in limine practice is becoming prosecutors’ new way to deal with those arguments, because SovCits are demanding jury trials thinking they can make those silly arguments and basically seek jury nullification.

They aren't "alleged charges," they're actual charges that the prosecution has alleged that she committed.

There's very little difference between the woman speaking in the first part of this video and an unoccupied car in a hotel parking lot that's stuck in reverse, going around and around in circles. Everyone is watching from a distance, looking for a way to stop it without getting run over.
