  If they have a no return, no refund policy they MUST deliver you what you ordered within the time they've specified, cause that's some lawsuits right there.

  The no refund policy and the lack of communication when the order is wrong or parts or missing is why I only buy Kylie products through Ulta now tbh

  Tbh buying from a brand that does no refunds and accepts no returns is in itself the biggest red flag to me no matter how big and well known the brand is.  🤦‍♂️

  my sister and I own and operate our own company, and if literally anything is ever on back order, we immediately write it on the receipt (handwritten) and send an email immediately explaining what is going on with an estimated time of when stock should be back in. If it’s over certain amount of time, we absolutely give a refund for the item purchased. With how big &nbsp;the Kardashian/Jenner name is, they should be able to do the same no matter what<br><br>edit: apologies for the misspellings originally, I was using siri to type and it just was messy

  Skims tried to pull a fast one on me too. I ordered a dress and I waited like 3 weeks before I reached out cuz it never showed up. They told me it was out of stock and returned my money, but only after I email them. Then about 10 days later the dress shows up! And you better believe they snatched back the money they refunded me 🤣🤣🤣🤣

  Keeping your money and not telling you is stealing. &nbsp;They clearly don&apos;t appreciate your repeat business. &nbsp;I love the palette colors, but the are strikingly similar.<br>Hope, your shelf of clear wonder is so pretty!
