  I think what happened here is, Noah realised 1 hour before the recording that he didn’t have a game prepared, so he snorted a bunch of cocaine to get it done quick, and this is the result

  He lied. This was a normal UNO game but the moment Chibidoki entered the room all of reality collapsed into a chaotic singularity of nonsense and re-emerged back in this current form.
