The "Jim never has a 2nd cup" is a take on 70's Yuban coffee commercials where the coffee in a restaurant and a party are better than the wife's.
The actress is the same that was in the commercials.

After this movie, whenever Leslie Nielsen was on a commercial flight, he would get the stewardesses to let him into the cockpit so that he could lean over the shoulders of the pilots and deliver that line: "I just want to tell you both Good Luck, we're all counting on you." The pilots would crack up every time.

The beach scene is not from Grease. It's from the movie, From Here to Eternity (1953)

At the time the movie was released, LAX had those "red zone, white zone" announcements. The two announcers in the movie are the actual announcers LAX used for their announcement. They were also married.

It's not "Grease" at 10:30, but "From here to eternity".

The funniest gag of the whole movie, was the sound of a prop plane instead of a jet engine
