I've written this to be a peaceful and also thorough preparation of the mind, body and soul to release all those beliefs that once kept you safe but now keep you imprisoned, to release emotions that have not been expressed and now manifest as chronic body pain and volatile emotions, to release even those aspects which have not risen up to conscious awareness. As you are guided through this opening up process, feel hope rise again, and also feel that I give you the time and space to explore at your own space. As you walk out to a wide open beach, and meet your angel or guide of the ocean, feel each cell in your body open like a window to receive all healing, all blessings, to soak up the liquid light energy from your angel from the ocean, and to allow in an answer to the wish, intention or question you set in motion early on in this journey. Whether awake or asleep, your mind will take on the messages and change you are ready to accept and allow in. I loved this meditation. I was at the ocean with a loved one about a year ago. She died in my arms in March and this reminded me that she was my Angel of the Ocean. Thank you Sarah.

I just had the most intense dream with this video playing in my headphones. I don’t remember all of it but the things I do remember…..just wow. I’ve been reading all these comments and it’s definitely amazing how many different experiences we’ve had. I don’t remember the first half of it for sure. I woke up once in the middle of it and fell back asleep but this video definitely came for my like in the way of showing me the issues I’m struggling with internally and telling me shit about myself I kinda already knew but really needed to recognize and hear 😅😅 I’m sad bcux I’m not sure who my angles were during this time. This video is amazing and I appreciate your work💛

I can't thank you enough for making these videos. I just had the absolute worst insomnia of my yesterday where I was awake for over 24 hours, and this is the only video that helped me get any sleep at all. As I listened to it, I was struck by the beauty of the writing and the way you spoke. I felt so calm and safe. Thank you, and I hope you and everyone else who needs this video gets good sleep and receives only good things from the new year 🌺🦋🌠🌍🌌🌸💕
