I like the parallel of Malgus just kind of "yoinking" his fallen Sith companions lightsaber, compared to Satille willingly giving hers to her Master. Very cool.

A 6 minute trailer made me care more about a Zabrak Jedi master and his apprentice than an entire trilogy based on Rey from Disney

I love the dichotomy between the Jedi and Sith in the exchange of sabers alone.

Satele gives a double-bladed saber to her master willingly.
Malgus takes a double-bladed saber from his master forcefully.

Star Wars. It rhymes.

Years later, this video still makes me want to return to the game.

3:00 He knew his apprentice was in mortal danger. That saber throw is so underrated.

Honestly I like the more ancient look of these characters, The Smuggler looks like a cowboy, The Trooper is using a Minigun firing smaller blaster bolts, The Jedi and Sith look like they are more like knights and less like monks or such, The “Astromech” Droid is using bulky wheels and the Ebon Hawk Ship has only two engines and isn’t very rounded

I just love these ancient times.

Just give me more Star wars cinema with this era, this artstyle, this concept, these duels, this everything. Thank you.

3:06 You can see Malgus flying across the screen after he got kicked by Satele! 😂😂😂

The fact that this trailer still competes with modern cinematics just goes to show you how much effort they put into this. Well done.

5:33 I can’t imagine anyone as big and terrifying as Darth Malgus calling someone smaller than him “master”
