  We were interviewed at the Fort Myers FO in April. Went great. Very short wait time, maybe 10min, interviewed together and very positive experience.

I've been watching your videos and it helped me alot in applying for my parents green card, I did a concurrent application, submitted it in March they got approved and received their greencard last July 28, 2026.   Interesting case study. I wonder if unauthorized work that was previously forgiven - for lack of a better term - during the AOS/I-130/I-485 process, will be retroactively placed under scrutiny during the I-751/N-400 process.  I wonder if they could actually deny these petitions on the basis on unauthorized work previously revealed in the AOS filing. I guess only time will tell.

  I really appreciate what you do. However I believe that in this day and age it’s really unwise to do this without a lawyer present. <br>If things go south it’s not worth the couple thousand dollars you may save by doing this on your own.

  One trend I am seeing in particular is they are really not loving people entering on visas and working immediately in violation of the visa. They are less bothered with people doing so far later down the line or after marriage. They are treating it as visa fraud (technically is since you had to prove you could sustain yourself on F1, etc) but don&apos;t want to call it such to avoid the legal aspect of it, just using it for discretionary denial.
