  Fantastic review of the Himi 450 , I reckon I have watched just about every review around the wound ( and I will not mention another 450 that is selling like hot cakes ) I think the Himalayan has its own unique style “ not copied style “

  Thanks mate. I have ridden the big Adventure bikes most of my life and not stopping soon. 67 now and I think I have found my new comfort zone. The Himi 450.😊

  I finally got mine 3 weeks ago. Still in the tight 1000km run in. Did a ride with the Royal Riders Bali the other weekend. I&apos;ve ridden lots of bikes over a long life and mostly 1000cc supers. I love this bike it&apos;s so fun, not boring, well built and perfect for indo. Last bike I&apos;ll buy and couldn&apos;t have made a better choice. <br>You gave it a good review and thanks for your fair assessment. Good work guys(:-)

  So for a guy from the &nbsp;U.S. let me say, thanks for a good review. I have a 3rd gen 390 duke and its a great bike. But, the himi is a different animal and for a long trip and a genuine adventure machine, it&apos;s just hard to beat. The only things I would change here are the windscreen and the gearing (for Interstate travel). I have had the himi for 2 months and everything you said is spot on. Thanks again for being honest about experience and not a spec sheet critique.

  Ive owned 2 classic 500 and one 350 classic Enfield.<br>Ive a friend who rode one around the world and another who rode one around Australia twice.<br>No problem.<br>2 things i love about the Enfield is the brilliant fuel economy.<br>And the gearbox is solid as.<br>I also have a dr 650. Cant say the same about that. Every oil change sees chuncks of gears come out in the oil.<br>This is not the case on an enfeild.<br>Ontop of thst they have character which makes them fun to ride

  David thanks for a very informative bike review; It speaks volumes as the the major improvements to the bike; You are a great Ambassador for ADV, encouraging riders to get out there and experience our great country. At my age, 68 yrs, I do my best to get out there. &nbsp;Thank you! &nbsp;David...Triumph Scramblers ...1200X and 900.....

  Hi guys, been watching a whole heap of blokes riding around India on the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and I must say they impressed me I’ve been riding motorbikes for 56 years and still love it today. Unfortunately I had a major truck accident on 2018 lost my right leg above the knee, but I didn’t stop me from riding a motorbike or so-called motorbike rider, Can-am, Ryker, 900 but if I had two legs, I definitely buying him alone for less than AU$9000 you could not go past if you do adventure riding like you said change the tyres to some decent tyres, bigger screen and a few other alterations and you’ve got it you go around Australia easy enough on Himalayan Anyway guys keep up the good work really enjoyed the video Cliff from Logan City, Queensland, Australia 🇦🇺 I’m on the big island 🏝️

  Damn - I&apos;m starting to consider ditching my big sports bikes and cutting loose on long dirt rides on one of these. Joe Ryan&apos;s channel is a superb place to get a feel for what these bikes are like and I must say, I&apos;m very impressed. My current bike is a Ninja 1000, previously a Blackbird, ST2 Ducati etc. I was considering a bigger option, such as a GS900, but at 56 I think it would be more than I need (and bloody heavy to pick up). Anyway - thanks for the review and now I just have to get one in Kawasaki green so my wife won&apos;t notice it in the garage... Cheers from Sydney, Dave

  Agree. Barkbusters, tall screen and heated grips ( this is the uk!) are all I&apos;ve changed.<br>The suspension is the best &nbsp;I&apos;ve ridden straight out of the crate. <br>For me it&apos;s a modern yammy xt500 with the bits to travel already added.<br>Good work, gentlemen. <br>Ride safe 👍
