We briefly looked at the Cotswolds nearly 2 years ago and fell in love! However, we have not looked further since! Today we finally look more in-depth at the Cotswolds! What is there to do in the Cotswolds? What are the best villages? There's also some really great history we had no idea about! I live in Stratford upon Avon. 20 minutes from the Cotswolds. It’s stunning. I’m so lucky to be surrounded by such beauty.

Of course you can get coffee in a tea room, usually better than the major coffee shop

Many decommissioned phone boxes, in rural areas have been repurposed as Defibrillator Stations. Communities raise a proportion of the cost (a charity meets the rest) and create a list of locals who are contacted when the device is activated; the nearest paramedics are contacted too. The community maintains the space and the red paintwork (British Telecom provides the paint!).
