Pecho is chicken breast....you pour the orange chicken oil over the rice to give more flavor to the rice.....and you mix the calamansi with the soy and dip the chicken in the mix to add more flavor to the chicken.....try the Sisig as well.....

23:35 you're spot on with the tamarind! Sinigang soup is our general go-to soup because it tastes comforting and goes well with most foods

Mang Inasal literally means "Mr. Barbeque". Paa is the Filipino translation or word for 'leg', while 'petso' is "breast'. The soup is called 'Sinigang soup' and it is sour because it is 'tamarind' based. The 'chicken oil' is practically tasteless, but a yellow colored steamed rice makes it look more appetizing to eat. Enjoy your stay in our country.

Angkan means "CLAN" in english... prices in BGC is quite expensive which makes sense since the area is meant to be posh and hi -end, just like the makati business district... "paa" is the leg part of the chicken "paa" also means feet and "pecho""or "pitso" is chicken breast, you could also see in the menu "hita" meaning "thighs"" and "pak-pak" which is "wings"... you may ask the staff for a free soup, usually it served automatically, unless they ran out soup, as you can see its jam packed with people.. but it does'nt hurt to ask... the soup is actually "sinigang" soup... its soup based dish can made of pork. chicken, beef or fish... if you havent tried sinigang"" i highly suggest you order one... for halo halo, popular places will be chowking, mang inasal, Razons, Goldilocks... but the best ones available in the streets or a local karenderia...

In Mang Inasal, Pecho is the wing part. Paa is the leg part. Remember to eat it correctly: we dont usually eat the pepper as is. We split it in two and put it on the calamansi and soy sauce mixture. The orange oil is the chicken oil which must mixed with rice until its in orange color. The soup that is commonly served in mang inasal is the Sinigang soup. Halo halo, we usually mixed it first until the ice melts, its burst of flavors when it mixed.
