あ～ なぜか最後まで見てしまう・・。<br>料理人が朝早くから今日訪れる人たちのために準備をしている。朝が明け、来店する人が食事し、目で挨拶を交わしていく・・。<br>日常のなんでもない光景のなかで静かな時間が過ぎていく。何故か、お客さんの食べる風景と黙々と調理をする姿に感動する。<br>そう、自分は黙々と働く人が好きなのだろう。

おじいちゃん、て書いてますが、ダンディな佇まいでかっこいいです。すごく要領とか導線とかきっちりしていて、多くのメニューをこなせる技とエネルギーに感服しました。だって、ぬか漬けまでしているなんて！！ それにしてもかつ丼、食べたいなあ。

この方、本当に作業に無駄がないし、トマトや豆腐の切り方もすごく綺麗だし、一つひとつが丁寧で尊敬します。漬け物やお汁、きんぴらなど見ているだけでも幸せな気分になります。あと7年なんていわずに！絶対行きます！⤴️

市場に働いている人たちのために朝早くに食堂にやってきて定食の仕込みをして朝6時の開店に備えてるんですよね。みんなの胃袋を満たす立派な定食。さすがです。😊😊😊😊

ナンテ素敵な方なんでしょう。<br>プロなので段取りがいいのは当たり前なのかもしれませんが手が綺麗でお年を感じません。全てが美しくとても美味しそう。流れるような所作。静かでお茶の作法を見るようです。
