  The paradox of change is:<br>You can&apos;t change what you don&apos;t ACCEPT.<br>Once you ACCEPT it and leave it alone--- it transforms all by itself.<br><br><br>All the &quot;hard work&quot; and &quot;struggle&quot; are in &quot;coming to ACCEPTANCE&quot;.<br><br>A new perspective will dawn on you if you let it.......we nail our own feet to the floor is we emotionally invest our storyline into it.<br>The stories we tell can cemet in feelings that need to be released.<br><br>If you NEED to interpret the situation in a particular way to keep your storyline coherent--- you will block yourself from accepting any other perspective.<br><br>You are emotionally invested in a perspective until it stops paying you dividends, you will protect it like an asset.

  I heard the saying What we resist persist. &nbsp;Someone once said we are like batteries....our attention charges the batteries....what ever we focus on is being charged. That is why narcissist love attention whether it be positive or negative....it is all energy to them. So when you complain about someone or something that is charging them. What is safe to focus on ....love ....forgiveness....peace.....feed these energies to the world and to yourself. &nbsp; Namaste

  WHERE YOUR ATTENTION GOES, YOUR ENERGY FLOWS, AND IT GROWS. &nbsp;I learned this 50 years ago before I ever heard of quantum physics. It made perfect sense to me then, and learning about quantum physics has set me on a path to teach the physics of godhood.
