  What’s fascinating about watching these trials is if you listen to defense lawyers, no one has ever committed a crime ever.

  What evidence Julie?? There was and still isn’t a single piece of physical evidence against him? No DNA, NONE. The cell phone evidence never has his phone and her phone in the same area the whole day. He was convicted on hearsay. They threatened Autry with the death penalty on top of some serious time on gun charges OR if he would confess and put Zach there he would go freely. This whole case is a sham and the state knows it. He will get a new trial, no doubt. This is a bad look for Court Tv to be covering this trial and know absolutely NOTHING about it.

  For everyone watching, this video has left out key context on the states cell phone expert testimony... on cross Mr Bates proved their expert intentionally left out a fourth ping, hidden from the jury, that shows the actual route of all the cell phones activity in its ENTIRETY! &nbsp;that 4th ping proves the Defenses trialexpert ( a U S marshall)s map was the correct route and where the body would be discovered and was.

  Julie sounds like the witness can be trusted when testified for prosecution side but the witness sound fishy or can’t be trusted when recanted the statement and now as defendant witness? You’re so super pro law enforcement as always.

  This case is easy to analyze now—especially with Karen’s mobile phone records.<br><br>At trial in 2017, Karen testified that she had to use her coworker’s phone to call 911 while the coworker was driving her home. She claimed she didn’t have her own phone because she had left it in the classroom after being late for lessons and late taking her class to the cafeteria.<br><br>However, phone records show that Karen was making calls on her own mobile phone throughout the drive home. She left the school in her coworker’s car just before 8:00 a.m. The 911 call from Terry’s phone was made at 8:02 a.m., yet at 8:09 a.m. Karen placed a call to Holly that was answered and lasted 50 seconds—on Karen’s own phone. She knows who answered Holly’s phone, and it wasn’t Holly. That is why she lied about not having her phone—so police would not examine her phone records.<br><br>All of the stories Clint told also make little sense. He never once called Holly or Drew to ask, “Is that you under the window? I hear someone and it sounds like you, but I can’t see clearly.” Neither Karen nor Clint called Drew either.<br><br>And guess what—Drew was wearing camouflage, so Clint’s description of a man in camouflage seems like an attempt to shift suspicion onto him. Another coincidence? Holly was found near Drew’s workplace.<br><br>At the scene—either inside or outside the house—Karen became upset and confronted an officer, saying, “Are you trying to say we had something to do with it?” With what, Karen? &nbsp; <br><br>Did he shoot his sister while groggy and half-asleep, thinking no one else was home while Holly sat near the car texting Drew before leaving for school? Did they get into an altercation?<br><br>In my opinion, Clint shot Holly and Karen knows it. I don’t know how thoroughly police searched the woods or the property, but Holly could have been concealed in the garage.<br><br>The way the lunch box was found—upright, as though carefully placed—does not suggest it was thrown from a vehicle. If she had been kidnapped from outside where the blood was found, the kidnapper would have taken Holly, not her lunch box and belongings. Who kidnaps someone and takes their lunch box? 🤔<br><br>It’s not as though she was walking to school carrying everything and was suddenly abducted from the road. If she were attacked near the window, how would she then walk into the woods while carrying all of her belongings? That makes no sense.<br><br>She was killed where the blood was found, hidden somewhere else, and later her belongings were removed piece by piece over several days before her body was discovered. She was stripped and left where she was eventually found, while her items were disposed of separately.<br><br>Authorities clearly treated the case strictly as a kidnapping and failed to properly investigate close to home. 🙄
