I'll say it: The Wii U is now known as a <i>retro console.</i> Ergo, Nintendo doesn't care anymore, so we can do <i>whatever we want with it.</i>

The Wii U being the only easily hackable HD system on the market is amazing. The modern Xbox dev mode stuff is cool, but it really is built for developers. Having to go through a whole process everytime you wanna use it. And getting hardware older than the Wii U comes with their own headaches of compability and capability.

The Wii U is one of my best FB marketplace finds. Got mine for $50 with the box. the gamepad still had the original plastic on the screen too

Back when FNAF first came out I always thought it would be super cool if there was a Wii U version that is just like this port, I gotta try that out sometime

I traded my Pico GameCube for a bone stock WiiU close to a year ago. Still the greatest gaming choice I’ve ever made.

I bought one LOOONG time ago… wait looking back at my activity log it looks like the only game i played (before i modded it) was Animal Crossing Amiibo Festival back in December 2018; but i guess that means i had another Wii U cuz i remember when i first got my wii u i was playing Nintendo Land and Mario Kart 8 so i dont know where the fuck that old Wii U and games went; but anyway im just glad i got to experience actually playing on a Wii U and physically buy the games at the store.. something you our ancestors couldnt do and grandchildren will ask about. So im just grateful to be alive and play these games no one else in the history of the UNIVERSE could do.. until now✌️🙂↕️

Best part about Wii/Wii U. The hardware is cheap currently. So acquiring one to mod is fairly accessible!🌟

4XM online is really stable if both players have an ethernet adapter <br><br>It must be something about the way Smash 4 was built though as Mario Kart 8 runs smooth off WiFi etc
