  Hello MoMo! I want to share some news. I have been trying to lose weight. I had a gastric bypass surgery last July. My highest weight ever was 400 pounds. Today, I’m down to 244 pounds. That’s a loss of 144 pounds. I’m proud of myself

  Former homeless person here and as times continue to be tough I want to share some tips that could have helped. <br>Join a gym- free place to shower. &nbsp;Showers are also available for a fee at truck stops. Farmers market stands provide produce at low cost, many can be eaten raw and no refrigeration needed. &nbsp;Water is found at park water fountains or public mall type places. Clothes are sometimes found free at church clothing closets. If you need to, dumpster dive only at nice restaurants or fancy grocery stores at night after closing. Sometimes you get lucky and a staff member will bring you good food. Be friendly. Times are tough and if you find yourself living out of your car always remember to keep it organized. It will make you feel better. ❤helped fight the depression and I’m delighted it was a short chapter for me.

  An average mini van can hold between 1000 - 1600lbs. If one guy is 700lbs and the other is also morbidly overweight, their mini van is doing extremely well. The vehicle manufacturer went above and beyond with construction here.

  I hate when the therapists on this show push the clients to reach out to people who caused them harm and abuse. It&apos;s bad enough they film and air these therapy sessions

  I feel like being homeless would make losing weight a breeze. You&apos;d think he&apos;d be prioritizing spending his money on housing so that there&apos;s none left for food 😅

  Not to enable, but they could get a gym membership for $20 each month and shower there daily. But with the amount they&apos;re eating, they can definitely afford a home

  Having been homeless in 2014 with a under 1 year old and a 2 year old, i LOST weight. I ate just enough to keep going and be able to nurse my baby making sure my toddler ate. I also walked everywhere, in Tucson, in the summer 😭 i went from 190 to 120 simply because not eating frequently and walking everywhere. I also managed to keep myself and my babies nice and clean.<br><br>Like no excuse.
