  I have autism and I find it so hard to self regulate. But maybe, that&apos;s just me being modest. Perhaps for so long I&apos;ve kept trying different techniques and I really put in the work to do so, that I might actually be better at that than all the &quot;normal&quot; people around me. Today&apos;s been a really stressing day and felt so triggered by many things. Then I remembered You and took some time off to get in touch with my self (there&apos;s no self but u get the picture).<br><br>I wish I could show how much I appreciate all of these readings you&apos;ve done so far. But today I guess I&apos;m just going to say Thank You.<br><br>Thank You.<br>Thank You. ❤🙏🏽

  This is very deep. The warning about spiritual experiences is so important: lights, sounds, bliss, visions, and subtle states can still become bondage if attention turns them into “my progress.” This is where the 8 levels are very helpful. At first attention is fascinated by forms, experiences, and the body based sense of self. As attention becomes more subtle, it stabilizes in the simple knowledge “I am,” then even the observer and observed begin to dissolve. The deepest point is not another experience to collect, but becoming like space: without name, form, comparison, or doership. That is where true freedom begins to reveal itself. 😁🙏

  Thank you so much for all the videos in your channel. I was first guided to Ramana Maharshi book and meditations you recorded on Spotify and then on You tube. Your pure voice is like space itself speaking supports me to be fully established in ONESelf &nbsp;and dive deeper. There are many people who just read the text of scripture but their voice &nbsp;is not pure so l can only listen to your recordings, thank you so much ❤
