May I suggest, to maintain viewer interest, please provide an abbreviated version of the recipe. For example, instead of slicing 2 whole eggplants, just the first 2 slices would suffice. Instead of chopping an entire onion, present a bowl of pre-chopped onion. <br>I would like to return for further recipes in an abbreviated format. Thank you kindly

One should have patience while watching videos. I saw it twice and then started cooking and the result was fantastic. All family members liked and demanded a bigger portion next time. Thanks for such a delicious dish.

Turning up the speed to 1.5 or 2 eliminates the problem for experienced cooks and beginner cooks can keep it slow and learn. <br>The dinner looks delicious ! Thank you 👏<br>💞
