  I brush my teeth immediately after waking up. By the time I&apos;m eating breakfast, the fluoride and mint has completely cleared from my mouth. I dont like the taste in my mouth before brushing.

  Brushing teeth in the mornings when you wake up is inportant because at nights bacteria is rampant and leaves fuzzy sensation, bio films or plaque residue in your mouth that you don’t want to swallow or eat with.

  I recently started watching the YouTube channel of an RCCL figure skater who was in Cast 1 of the Youtopia ice show. She joined the ship when it was still under construction in France and left just before Christmas. Anyway, the process of launching a new ship seemed to lead to an especially tight-knit crew. The amenities for the crew on a new ship are good, and they seemed to like the itinerary and having Port Canaveral as a base. The skater’s name is Jordan Bauth if anyone’s interested in seeing the videos.

  When you woke up in Nassau and saw all of those other cruise ships, it took me right back to my first ever cruise. That was the first cruise port I saw on my cruise, and I remember being completely blown away by that exact view. <br><br>I&apos;d like to try Utopia, but I do find the shorter cruises they&apos;re offering on her absolutely mad - it&apos;s SUCH a massive ship for a short cruise!

  I have 2 toothbrushes, a manual and an electric toothbrush. <br><br>When I wake up in the morning I use the soft bristle manual toothbrush with water instead of toothpaste. I hold/swish tablespoon or 2 of water in my mouth and brush my teeth like that. Then I rinse out my mouth with more water and eat breakfast. <br><br>After breakfast I floss, use mouthwash and brush my teeth with toothpaste using my electric toothbrush.
