  I really like yellow labs. If I had a tank big enough I would probably do a species only setup for them. If I ever get that 40 breeder it’s on the list.

  Great information and great overall video! I kept Kribensis in a community 40g tank and they bred almost right away, then their babies had babies when I put them in a 75 with geophagus tapajos and a red shoulder severum. It was one of my favorite set ups I’ve had. &nbsp;<br><br>Currently have a blue dolphin mixed with an electric blue acara, red shoulder severum, and yes…hatchet fish. &nbsp;It’s a really cool combination I was kind of forced into with circumstances from my other tanks, didn’t think it would work out but it did! Such a fun hobby.

  I have a 37 gallon black out aquarium with nothing but 7 orange zebra cichlids and one bristlenose albino absolutely love it and &nbsp;they are extremely hearty.. highly recommend especially for beginners

  <b>Extremely</b> helpful and informative, just the kind of info I’d give myself! 👏<br><br>I don’t think I’ll ever be keeping cichlids myself (except maybe kribensis) but I definitely thought of a 55-gallon mbuna setup would be a great option for a beginner
