うどんをゼロから作るから働く人を気軽に募集出来ないのが原因にあると思います。マクドナルドは学生のアルバイトでも同じ物が提供できるマニュアルやシステムが構築されているから世界中でも同じ物を提供できる。うどんをアルバイトに作って下さいってはなかなかいかない。
