강남1층 헬스장, 10년동안 망하지 않는 4가지 비결

#GangnamGym #JustGym #GymOperation #GymStartup #WorkoutCulture An 81.6% gym closure rate, a "chicken game" of 30,000 won per month. However, there is a gym on the first floor in Gangnam that has survived for over 10 years without lowering its prices. Is it because they have many expensive imported machines? I personally purchased a one-day trial pass and covered Just Gym in Gangnam for a day. At first, the high-quality equipment, such as Panata and Icarian, and the clean facilities caught my eye. But after listening to the stories of long-time members and talking with Head Coach Ryu Jae-hyun for several hours, I discovered a completely different reason. Why are the treadmills facing inward towards the gym rather than out the window? Why do they go out of their way to remove the logos and covers from expensive machines? Why invest a large sum of money for underground air and oxygen that isn't even visible? Why can athletes and beginners work out in the same space without feeling uncomfortable around each other? And what on earth made people stay at the same gym for 5, 7, or even 10 years? A good gym might not simply be a place with a lot of good equipment. Just Gym was less of a place that sells gym passes and more of a place that creates a ‘culture’ where people can focus on their workouts. 0:00 Just Gym, a first-floor gym in the heart of Gangnam 4:21 Panata, Icarian, Newtech, Dynaforce, the discerning eye for selecting equipment 10:35 The guide that enabled the coexistence of the masses 13:36 Hardcore Zone, a place full of training imagination 23:05 A good gym is different starting from what you can't see 29:27 Why specifically chose the first floor in Gangnam? 34:16 Why 'Just Gym'? ▹ Fundamental Power: We believe that the basics possess the highest efficiency. https://awesomebliss.kr/ ▹Instagram Instagram: bliss_note ▹Membership @어썸블리스 ------------------------------- ▹Business [email protected] COPYRIGHT ⓒ 2026 AwesomeBLISS ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
